Andrew Mulligan - TV and Radio Presenter
Andrew Mulligan is a top NZ presenter and is a very intelligent, funny man. Andrew is famous for his work on the hit NZ TV sports show, 'The Crowd Goes Wild' whom he co- hosts with Mark Richardson. Andrew is now also a part of the morning rumble on the radio channel Rock fm.
As a boy Andrew wanted to be a policeman, but as he grew up his aspirations changed due to his motivational parents who were both in radio, this led Andrew along the media route. Andrew’s career started when he was at Otago University. Two of his friends started up a TV show at the university and they needed another presenter, it was at this point that Andrew volunteered as he thought it would be a great thing to get into. The show today is now the infamous Cow TV.
Today Andrew Mulligan is one of NZ's top live sport presenters. He is very distinguished and is extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of sports. His humorous and lighthearted style of presentation has endeared him to NZ's all across the country. Andrew is a fantastic presenter on the Crowd Goes Wild, largely due to his extensive knowledge of sports, witty personality and true showmanship.
You will often see and hear Andrew at the All Blacks test matches all over the country as well as major basketball games across NZ. You will often see him at the New Zealand basketball association, the NBL and the Tall Blacks when they are at home. As well as these awesome presenting roles he is the voice of Rebel sport and you can hear him in their awesome adverts too. Andrew is particularly inspirational to New Zealanders both young and old; he is relevant and accessible, giving up his time and energy to encourage NZ's in their love of sport.
